  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., earrings, intimate apparel)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us at the address provided. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4.2 Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4.3 Partial Refunds

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

5. Exchanges

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
